Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Granting necessary access to websites and analytics
  • Reviewing and approving content before publication
  • Timely communication and feedback
  • Payment according to agreed terms

Intellectual Property

Content created specifically for clients as part of our services becomes client property upon full payment. Our methodologies, tools, and general processes remain our intellectual property.

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client information and do not share business details, strategies, or data with third parties without consent, except as required to provide services or by law.

Limitation of Liability

SEOAha's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms of individual service agreements. Termination does not relieve obligations for services already rendered.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
